Auto Expo 2025: TVS Reveals Apache RTX 300
The TVS RTX 300 makes its debut at The Bharat Mobility Expo.
The bike had been spotted on the road multiple times and will be the first bike from TVS to be powered by the RTX-D4 engine marking a new beginning for the brand.
POWERTRAIN:-
The RTX 300 is powered by a new 299cc engine that produces 35hp and 27Nm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.
A quickshifter might also be included as standard or as an accessory.
This engine is expected to be much smoother than the existing 300cc mill and will be powered in upcoming TVS bikes as well.
TVS has focused more on the low and mid-range grunt and will be much nicer to ride.
The Apache RTX is a road-biased ADV and features 19/17-inch (F/R) alloy wheels wrapped with dual-purpose tyres.
Suspension duties are handled by a Gold-finished USD fork and monoshock.
In terms of braking, a single brake disc is present at either end.
The bike looks to be kitted with a lot of accessories.
FEATURES:-
The feature list includes LED Lighting, TFT Display, cruise control, and rider aids which are featured in the RR 310 & Apache RTR 310.
The bike also features a tall windscreen which will help in buffeting
Expect the bike to be well-kitted and to be the best in the segment.
DESIGN:-
The Design is the bike's USP in my opinion as it looks sleek yet purposeful.
The designers have surely taken inspiration from the Ducati Multistrada V4 and Triumph Tiger.
It features a beak, beautiful-looking LED lights, a windscreen, and a muscular fuel tank.
There seems to be ample space for both the rider and the pillion and will be extremely comfortable during long rides.
On the sides, the Trellis-frame is exposed, with minimal panels and the exhaust as well is a sleek unit.
The rear gets LED turn indicators and a neat-looking tail section. A tyre-hugger is also present.
PRICING AND RIVALS:-
The Apache RTX 300 might have a price tag closer to the 3 Lakh mark and will rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Yezdi Adventure, KTM Adventure 390
The Apache RTX 300 looks ready to dominate the ADV space.
